voting system training

Elections Training USA provides affordable, customized training that surpasses the “one size fits all” variety in effectiveness.

The Partnership Procedure

Step #1: In-depth Analysis. Our professionals will meet with your    administrators to discuss individual requirements and local needs.

Step #2: Plan Review and Approval. The scope of service and initiatives will be outlined and agreed upon.

Step #3: Calendaring. Critical timelines, dates, and workflow objectives will be scheduled.

Step #4: Curriculum and Training Tool Review. Our professionals will review your curriculum and training tools, and make recommendations to provide comprehensive, yet easy-to-learn material and methods for your poll workers.

Step #5: Enrolling and Scheduling of Poll Workers. We have a scheduling website to assist in poll worker scheduling. It employs a user-friendly interface and excellent reporting features to track training appointments and progress.

Step #6: Conduct Trainings. All instruction will be supervised and conducted by our professionals to meet your training requirements.

Our Practice Makes Perfect program is a valuable training addition. This instructional review is conducted in an “open house” format where poll workers can come for additional skills instruction in a practice polling location with voting machines. Our trainers provide mentoring and monitor the learning activities.

Step #7: The Election.

Early Voting A-Team.  This experienced team is available to staff “Early Voting” locations. They provide periodic reports and help wherever they can to make Early Voting a success.

Command Central. Our election professionals are available to staff a help desk.

Step #8: Post Election Review. Every election should provide the understanding and tools to improve the next one. As your partner in the election process, we want to take advantage of every opportunity to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and control costs.
